How to block a site (e.g facebook.com) for staff

facebook.com is set up as a ContentChecked site for adults in the central lists. To block it for all users including staff put facebook.com in the 'LocalBlockAll' category.

1. Log into the Protex admin at http://zprotex
2. Go to List Management > Block URL
3. Enter in the URL, and select the LocalBlockAll category
4. Click Submit
5. Click Apply Changes under List management
