How do I access the Virtual Machines on a Cloud Managed Server?

When a Cloud Manged Server is installed by a Service Provider, that provider is sent a Zynstra Welcome email which sets out all the IP addresses and names of the Windows Virtual Machines running on it to which access is permitted.  Remote Desktop Services can be used with a connection to the IP address or name of the Virtual Machine to which access is required.  Full network access is provided to the Virtual Machines from the Local Area Network or through the Partner VPN.
