How do I access the Domain Controller that runs on a Cloud Managed Server?

The Domain Controller is running on a virtual machine called ZDC, and uses the Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 Operating System.  

You can find out the IP address of the ZDC virtual machine from the Commissioning Console. (This Virtual machine has an IP address with the last octet being .144)

Once connected via Remote Desktop Services to connect to the ZDC virtual machine, you can then run all the standard Microsoft tools.
