Access Virtual Machines On The Server

You can find out the hostnames and IP address of all of the virtual machines running on your server from the Commissioning Console. The below screenshot shows an example:

Full network access is provided to all the virtual machines from the Local Area Network or through the Management VPN.

Your Management account has domain admin permissions on the local Active Directory domain. There is an Active Directory trust relationship between the customer Active Directory domain and our Cloud Management Active Directory domain (ZCP). All Management accounts are created on the ZCP domain, which has Domain Admin permissions on the customers domain.

You can connect to any Windows virtual machines using Remote Desktop Services (RDP). You can use a local domain admin account, or your Management account to log in to the Windows virtual machines. If using your Management account, you must use the ZCP domain prefix with your username to log in. E.g. ZCP\username.dfg
